I have an account and im wanting to leave a review in a fantastic book by Nicholas Smith. I think this is absurd as reviews help a book sell. I wont be purchasing books from your company and as a new customer it has completely put me off. I think you need to rectify this as im not the only person unable to leave a review.

This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I am so unhappy now! Then I see the name of this team and Im upset even more. Calling it tge pissed customer team just mocks me even more! At this point Amazon is looki g better and better!

Barnes and Nobles sucks! I had ordered a textbook from them as it was REQUIRED for my class. Was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. I never got it. It wasnt until two weeks later that they sent an email saying that my order was cancelled. And they expect me to go back to tge store?! *** no!!! Thag book was my lifeline and they took it from me!!!

I tried to rent a text book from Barnes and Noble and was told that the book would be here on the following Monday. Friday rolls along and I still have yet to get any type of shipping conformation, keep in mind I needed this book for Tuesday. I have a Nook tablet I got from Barnes & Noble. I subscribed to a discount book site called Book Bub. To download their books I had to go through Barnes & Noble via Book Bub's page. The books range from .99 - $2.99. I always download a free sample via the site on my Nook. My daughter received a textbook that she ordered on Barnes and Noble. It was a loose leaf textbook that was missing 5 chapters. I called to get a replacement or a refund, after emailing the bookstore that had sent the book, without getting a response. I just created a B&N account and when I went to check out I had to put my personal information in. One thing I always look for is the little lock in the search engine next to the sites name. I did not see one at all, which made me very uncomfortable. I will not put personal info if I don't see the secured site warning. I ordered a text book from them. A math book that was supposed to come with an online access code (you pay extra for that). They took a non-access code version, pasted a false UPC code over the real one and sent that to me (picture of that is below). Their customer service reps were outrageously bad. Did not care one bit. I found two books that were free. I clicked on them then found out that the they charged me for paperback books. I tried to cancel and the system would not let me. I chatted with them and they said they would cancel them but guess what? The orders are not canceled. The books have shipped. Nothing they can do. REALLY? Surprise! They don't sell chargers for their older Nooks! They want you to buy a new nook! Left mine in a hotel room. B&N employees were full of excuses and misinformation. They claim they can't get the Chargers anymore from their source (?!). Don't buy a Nook unless you can afford a new one if something happens to your charger. #sleazy
