Barnes And Noble - It was the worst customer service experience ever

I’m so exhausted from B&N I can’t write or type anymore. Just beware before trying to buy books as a gift for someone’s Nook. A 20-year online shopper, I’ve never had such a bad experience. Impossible to order, and unbelievably bad customer service when your order won’t go through. The next gift I send to this friend is an Kindle and a subscription to Amazon Prime.
