Barnes And Noble - Waiting since 2011 for a refund
I ordered a Nook Book in November 2011 and returned it to the shipping address and had a confirmation from UPS who received the return, the date, and time.I have all the emails to Barnes and Noble and have sent them all the copies but to date have not received a refund.
Forget trying their live chat, forget the customer service, forget everything because you will not get a refund.
I have tried and tried to get a refund to my account.
They answer my emails and say they are sorry about the problem but its now 2013 and I still do not have my refund.I had givne up until I got a pop up about Barnes and Noble and tried to do a live chat with them and got the run around again from everyone
