I ordered a Nook Book in November 2011 and returned it to the shipping address and had a confirmation from UPS who received the return, the date, and time. I have all the emails to Barnes and Noble and have sent them all the copies but to date have not received a refund.
Forget trying their live chat, forget the customer service, forget everything because you will not get a refund.
I have tried and tried to get a refund to my account.
They answer my emails and say they are sorry about the problem but its now 2013 and I still do not have my refund. I had givne up until I got a pop up about Barnes and Noble and tried to do a live chat with them and got the run around again from everyone
